The Firm assumes Client’s representation before all litigation degrees in all types of civil, criminal, commercial, administrative, aerial and maritime disputes as well as the disputes pertinent to the companies law and attendance before various experts departments, investigation bodies ( Public Prosecution) and bodies of judicial jurisdiction for all types of disputes.

We have thorough and wide experience in dealing with the disputes pertinent to the arbitration procedures, starting with the preparation of the arbitration conditions and terms, selection of the arbitrators, arbitration language, pursue of the arbitration procedures as well as excluding arbitrators, issuance of temporary arbitrative resolutions, execution of arbitrative resolutions and objecting thereof before the Egyptian Courts.
