E.G. Range

It is permissible to register the range names to be effective or non-effective (i.e. to keep it for future use).
Dealing with all registration requests of range name is based on finalizing the request in accordance with the precedence of receipt. All requests are equally treated.

Filing requirements of range names (com.eg) documents, required to be submitted by the Client at the Egyptian Range Names Office for registering (com.eg) should be original as follows:
-Agency deed legalized by the Egyptian Consulate.
-A letter signed and stamped by the Client and addressed to the Egyptian Range Names Office, in which the Client authorizes our firms to register his range.
-Request form of the range name, containing all information about the Client and name of range, required for registration.
-Copy of the commercial register or any commercial reference for the client.
In case the range name is not associated with your company’s name, an official document, referring to the relation between the Client and range name, required to be registered, such as registration certificate of the trademark, author’s rights or patent or any other range name.

-Legalized agency
-Copy of the commercial register or a commercial reference of the Client.
-Request form of the range name, containing all information about the Client and range name, required for registration.
-A letter signed and stamped by the client and addressed to the Egyptian Range Names Office in which the Client authorized the Firm to register his range.
-A copy of the trademark registration certificate, which has been deposited at the Egyptian Trademarks Office.

-A proxy legalized by the Egyptian Consulate
-A request certificate, signed and stamped
-A request form of the range form containing all the information about the applicant and name of range required for registration.
