His areas of expertise include conracts and companies trial and arbitration,dispute resolution in civil, commercial, bankruptcy, labour and insurance law, in addition to real estate and inheritance law. He has many similar experiences in corporate law and deals extensively with intellectual property law issues in Egypt, including patents, trade marks and copyrights. As one of the domestic Egyptian firms that LSLF works with, Mr. Asharf and his law office assist with the Egyptian side of the legal system, interacting with the various ministers and general authorities on our clients' behalf, and handling litigation. Recent projects include aircraft sales and reservations pursuant of the Vienna and Warsaw Convention, advising on public utility franchise contracts, and USAID agreements, in addition to due diligence and other corporate matters.
